Elisabeth Späth has been working as a research associate at the unit of Sociology of Technology and Innovation, Simulation Methods, in the AI-FORA project since May 2021.
She studied Arts and Culture (B.A.) in Maastricht and Applied Ethics (M.A.) in Utrecht. She then worked as a research assistant at the Department of Medical Ethics and History of Medicine in Göttingen from 2016-2017. As part of a research project, she dealt with the representation of interests within patient organizations in the healthcare sector from a socio-ethical perspective. At the Furtwangen University from 2017-2018 she was responsible as a research associate for the conception of empirical studies analyzing ethical aspects of digital self-tracking. From 2018-2020 she worked as a consultant for an accreditation agency for external quality assurance and accreditation of study programs.

Dario Brockschmidt joined the unit in January 2021 and supports in general organizational work as well as in the research project AI-NAVI. He is studying Sociology in the Master's program at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, with a focus on network sociology and systems theories.

Marie Windrum has been working at the unit since March 2021 and supports the department mainly with the design of the website. She studies communication design (6th semester) in the diploma program at the University of Wismar.
