SiSH (Simulating Shanghai Innovation Policy)
SiSH is a project about simulating innovation policy for Shanghai using the simulation platform SKIN (Simulating Knowledge Dynamics in Innovation Networks).
Cooperation partners of the project are Shanghai Institute for Science of Science (SISS) and the Institute of Urban and Demographic Studies at the Academy of Social Sciences (SASS) in Shanghai.
Currently, our Research Unit runs a feasibility study as a pre-project exercise. The study investigates the empirical context characteristics of Shanghai and the requirements for the simulation model as defined by Chinese policy research.
